These are all qualities that set Alexander Dentistry apart from other dental practices. We truly care about our patients and their smiles. We consider each patient a part of our dental family. If you are dealing with any dental concerns, we can work with you to find the right treatment to improve your smile.

We understand that some patients may have a fear of the dentist. When dealing with dental fear, it is important to find a dentist you can trust. Jacksonville dentists Dr. Alexander and Dr. Greenburg offer compassionate, patient-focused dental care to every patient who walks through our doors. We recommend that every patient comes in for a biannual exam. Even if you haven’t been to the dentist in awhile due to dental fear, we can work with you. Dr. Alexander or Dr. Greenburg will perform a comprehensive exam to determine the overall condition of your teeth. Once the comprehensive exam is completed, we will create a treatment plan that addresses your dental needs. We will walk you through each step of your treatment process to ensure you are informed and comfortable. We will make any necessary adjustment to ensure you can receive the treatment you need in an atmosphere that you feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed in.

For most patients, sedation dentistry can be a great tool to help combat dental fear. We offer oral sedation which is administered through a pill. During oral sedation, patients are awake and conscious but usually do not remember anything about the procedure. We also offer nitrous oxide which is administered through a mask. On nitrous oxide patients are awake and can interact with their dentist if need be. Once the mask is removed, the effects of the nitrous oxide will dissipate.
