Financial Policies
Our office wants all of our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial policy so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment option best suits your needs:
Insurance
The value of insurance benefits to our patients is understood.
Insurance forms will be completed for the patient at no charge. We will estimate your deductible and/or the portion
of dental costs covered by your insurance carrier. We will do all we can
to assure you of maximum benefits. Payment
for dental service is due at the time of the service. Although a portion
of the cost may be covered by insurance, payment ultimately is the
responsibility of the patient.
